Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchange requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The parcel arrived opened or leaked
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos or videos as proof.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only after our team receives and inspects the returned parcel.

Once the returned item is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 2 working days after we receive the parcel.
  • Refunds will be sent through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Deduction Policy

Please note that the following charges will be deducted from the refundable amount:

  • Delivery & Courier (DC) Charges are non-refundable
  • An additional 20% deduction will apply for handling, packaging, payment processing, and reverse logistics costs

This deduction helps cover:

  • Courier handling and return shipment expenses
  • Packaging and quality inspection costs
  • Payment transaction and processing fees
  • Product handling and restocking procedures

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Fragrance preference issues after usage
  • Used or partially used products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Return request made after the allowed time period

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the parcel and product
